After a decade in business, one of the country’s leading healthcare real estate developers found that the world had changed: the 2,700 page, $938 billion ObamaCare meant that the old Alter+Care messaging was now obsolete. Working with the client, Silva Brand repositioned the company and its entire marketing regimen to address the new concerns of the sector. Rather than real estate, we wove in the new healthcare shape shifters like ACOs, bundled payments, and Electronic Medical Records into the visual and verbal expression, creating a rebrand that is powerful, direct and deeply aligned with the aspirations of healthcare providers.
