On its 60th Anniversary, The Alter Group decided it needed an entire rethinking of its brand to fit with a whole new strategy. The Alter Group engaged Silva Brand to conduct its signature Brand Discovery and Brand Definition process with its leadership. After a thorough market review, competitive analysis and SWOT, Silva Brand created a powerful strategy that started with changing the name of the company to Alter. Leveraging the new name, we created a sharp new logo, new stationary, new brand voice and stunning multimedia website that employed animation, video and motion graphics to create a compelling narrative.
