Cawley Chicago Rebrand

On its 18th Anniversary, Cawley Chicago, one of the region’s leading brokerage boutiques engaged Silva Brand to overhaul its brand. Using our proprietary Brand Discovery and Brand Definition process, we worked with the entire staff to create the architecture of the new Cawley Chicago. Leveraging the new brand idea, “Submarket Specialists”, we created a 3-D logo, along with a new visual expression, brand voice and stunning info graphics that told the story of the company across all touchpoints.

Silva Brand’s Brand Transformation Process included exploring a number of different logo options in order to arrive at a brand identity that revealed the heart of the Cawley brand.
