 CCIM INSTITUTE REBRAND On its 50th Anniversary, CCIM needed a rebrand that would raise the stature of its designation as well as promote the benefits of Continuing Ed and Membership. To create a powerful new messaging and visual platform, the organization engaged Silva Brand to guide the transformation of the CCIM brand, and to build greater customer experiences for its members, partners, and industry professionals. 50th Anniversary Catalog The first critical piece that Silva Brand produced was an 80-page Course Catalog that would be its signature marketing piece for its Anniversary year. Working with CCIM staff, we completely restructured the book, commissioned new photography and custom infographics; rewrote a significant amount of the copy to better reflect the current state of the industry and spec’d a perfect-bound, soft-touch UV-coating for the book. 50th Anniversary National Ad Campaign We designed and copywrote the new 50th Anniversary ads, employing a luxury goods design aesthetic with saturated colors and elegant text boxes to showcase the CCIM pin as a symbol of excellence. Global Conference Rebrand To draw more millennial and international executives, we rebranded the CCIM Global Conference with a bold new image that leveraged duotone imagery, oversized fonts and portraits that mixed wit with a cosmopolitan flair. Trade Show Booth Silva Brand designed a new trade show booth for the world’s largest real estate conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
