Tom Silva is a brand humanist and steward going back 18 years. He has run PR, advertising, online marketing, brochures, billboards, film, video and social media for leading firms in the financial services, real estate, property management, healthcare and brokerage sectors. His work as a publicist, creative director and strategist in branding has been recognized with the Webby from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, the International Academy of the Visual Arts Award, three Silver International Davey Design Awards, the Summit International Creative Awards in 2008, the Silver Trumpet from the Publicity Club of Chicago, and the 24th Annual Healthcare Advertising Award. Tom’s writing about business and branding is featured in Thomson Reuters’ Inside the Minds series of books and in his regular column for the Huffington Post.
In addition to his branding work, Tom is a working filmmaker and musician whose work has been featured at the Montreal World Film Festival, in Rolling Stone, PBS, iTunes and by the Art Institute of Chicago.
Tom holds a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and an MFA in Film from Columbia College.

George Vavaroutsos helps our clients exceed customer expectations. Using deep market research, ethnography and customer journey mapping, his work has focused on energy-efficient products, commercial real estate development, and major sporting arenas. George also co-authored Retrofitting Office Buildings to be Green and Energy-Efficient, released by the Urban Land Institute in 2010. In his previous life, he consulted with private and public clients, including the State Department and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. George holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, and a professional development certificate from NYU in real estate finance and investment. When he’s not mystery shopping or studying purchase behavior, he can be found hitting the barns for a game of ice hockey.

Head of Design
David Day has been addicted to graphic arts, creative expression and brand strategy for more than 30 years. His award-winning design and consultation, coupled with passionate interest in organizations’ objectives for communication and cultural engagement, has taken countless brands to new heights.
Dave studied at the Colorado Institute of Art, and quickly learned the business of creative marketing by building his career with several well-known agencies in Denver, including Phase I Design and Matrix International, Inc. Before long, he founded his own strategy and design firm, specializing in brand development, and print, interactive and environmental expression. Dave gravitates toward a minimalist aesthetic – think Mondrian, and Apple – believing that, in stunning design, every element is deliberate and meaningful.
Outside of the office, Dave challenges his artistic eye through the lens of a Canon 7D. He can’t get enough of running and biking around his Omaha neighborhood, Lake Michigan and anywhere else his travels take him, and loves spending time with his children: two daughters, two sons and two doting black labs.
